from our grandmother Josephina Chavez-Griggs we are proud to serve
the very best New Mexican cuisine anywhere. Started with a small
restaurant in the beautiful cottonwoods in the north valley and
expanded as the customer base increased and the demand for great
chile became a New Mexico tradition.

Ragin'
Shrimp
They serve dishes that have a cajun twist and provide a fresh, garden
salad with all entrees. Recently, spicy Jamaican and Indian sauces
have been added to their menu. It is their jumbo, sauteed shrimp
and these spicy sauces for which we have become to be known. Their
menu also includes sandwiches, salads, and cajun specialties like
jambalaya and gumbo.
Gardunos
Restaurant
In the heart of chile country and what better way to produce the
best chile in the land than to join efforts with New Mexico's own
Garduño's family and the best chile producers and founders
of the "Big Jim Chile", June Rutherford and Jim Lyttle.
